Ethan has been in the food and beverage industry since he was 16yo, starting as a busser, host, food runner, and then server at Kirby House in Grand Haven, Michigan. Ethan then served and began his bartending career at a well-known Grand Rapids, Michigan restaurant before moving to Nashville with his fiancé, Hanna. Prior to moving to Illinois, Ethan tended bar and held a management role at Tennessee Brew Works in Nashville.
